• Content for unauthorized commercial or advertising purposes.
• False information about your identity or tastes.

3.2 Prohibited Behaviors

• Harassment, intimidation, or threats towards other users.
• Solicitation of paid services or commercial activities.
• Collection of personal information for malicious purposes.
• Use of bots or automated systems.
• Creation of multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.

4.1 Matching Algorithm

• Matches are based on your cinematic tastes, MBTI profile, and location.
• The algorithm takes into account your favorite movies/series, preferred directors, and streaming platforms.
• You can define your search preferences (age, distance, gender).

4.2 Interaction between Users

• The 'match' system requires mutual interest to allow conversations.
• You can report or block inappropriate users.
• Conversations are private and encrypted.

4.3 Premium Features (if applicable)

• Access to advanced search filters.
• Ability to see who liked your profile.
• Profile visibility boost.
• Undo actions (super likes, passes).

5.1 Collected Data

We only collect data necessary for the operation of the service:

10.2 Termination by Cinem

• We may suspend or delete an account in case of ToU violation.
• Notice is given except in cases of serious violation.
• Data is deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
